The Mortgage Bankers Association of Savannah (MBAS) is a non-profit organization formed to promote a positive origination and lending environment for mortgage brokers and consumers.

The Association provides education, supports legislative initiatives, encourages high standards of professional ethics and integrity from its members, and promotes these principles throughout the community

The Mortgage Bankers Association of Savannah. (MBAS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated both to the preservation and improvement of the mortgage banking industry, and to the support of individual association members.

How is this of benefit to you?
Through communication, MBAS members are kept aware of what is happening within the industry. By monitoring legislation that affects our industry, supporting legislators who uphold our interests, and educating lawmakers about our industry, we play a very active role in determining the future. Through the enhancement of business relationships, our members encounter new avenues for doing business. Through education,our members rise to the top of their fields. By defining and prescribing to a strict Code of Ethics & Standards of Practices,our members contribute to the professionalism of the mortgage industry. Through public relations projects and community service, MBAS members benefit from positive exposure to the public.
